Charles A. “Chip” Brigham, III

Charles A. Brigham, IIICharles A. “Chip” Brigham, III is a sole practitioner in the Cincinnati law firm of Brigham & Brigham Co., L.P.A. and is the second-generation owner of Buckeye Land Title Company. Mr. Brigham’s practice includes commercial and residential real estate, estate administration, and small corporations. He is a licensed title agent and has lectured for various groups on real-estate matters.

Mr. Brigham is a former instructor of paralegal studies at the College of Mount St. Joseph, where he taught courses on advanced real estate and estate planning. He is a member of the Ohio Land Title Association, the Southwestern Ohio Land Title Association, and the Cincinnati Bar Association. He serves on the Real Property Specialty Board and the Real Property Section Council for the Ohio State Bar Association.

He has authored the public information real-estate-law pamphlets, “Buying a Home” and “Law You Can Use – Short Sales in a Nut Shell” published by the OSBA. Mr. Brigham earned his bachelor’s degree from Ohio Northern University and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
